Energising Yoga Flow (40min)

Join me for this energising yoga flow. We'll start the practice off with a cleansing pranayama (breath work) exercise: Kapal Bhati. We'll then flow through this strong sequence, working on balance and get things moving, waking up the body and mind for a smooth day ahead.
