As a wellness coach, my goal is to guide and support you in discovering what truly lights you up and feels authentic, so you can move beyond merely surviving and find deeper fulfillment to thrive.

Together, we’ll assess where you are today, define your core values, explore your aspirations and what you want to create for yourself, while we uncover any blockages—whether they’re limiting beliefs, behaviours, or habits that no longer serve you.
Ultimately, no one knows better than you do what direction is best for you. You just need to get out of your own way.

My Approach
The coaching journey is designed to support you in bringing more feeling into your life, so that you can take action from a place of authenticity.
Together, we will uncover what lights you up, work through any fears or limiting mental patterns, enabling you to act from an expansive and empowered state towards your goals. The coaching process offers space for self-inquiry, mindfulness, connection to body and breath, encouraging an open and curious mindset.
I take a 360 degree lens on wellbeing, taking into consideration all elements that make up our life.
My process is rooted in both traditional and contemporary practices, including yogic philosophy, science-backed tools, and innovative coaching techniques. While there is a structure to the sessions, the 1:1 coaching container is highly-personalised, adapting to each individual’s unique situation, needs and goals.
The coaching sessions weave in deep conversation, reflective journaling, meditation, breathwork, embodied movement and visualisation. These tools help create an optimal container for transformation, helping you connect to yourself fully more deeply.
The Details
Whether we’re working together for a single session or a three or six month package, our one-to-one coaching sessions will take place via Zoom or Google Meet.
In between sessions, you will receive customised follow up emails that include session recaps, recommendations and useful resources such as podcasts, books, journalling prompts or practices.
I encourage honest and organic conversations, and I want you to know this container is a safe and non-judgmental space.
To ensure personalised attention, I prefer to work with a select number of clients and offer ongoing support between sessions via email & WhatsApp.
