Coaching
1:1 personalised life coaching sessions designed to help you uncover what brings you joy, clarify your goals and aspirations, and work through anything holding you back. Sessions are available as a part of a 1, 3 or 6 month package or on an ad hoc basis.

Yoga
I offer 1:1 private yoga sessions for those looking for a personalised deep dive into their practice. You can also join a live online group class or explore the library of recorded yoga flows - so you can practice anytime, anywhere.

Breathwork
I offer a four-week 1:1 functional breathwork course, as well as ad hoc sessions. You’ll learn the science of breathing along with techniques to reduce stress, regulate your nervous system and enhance your overall wellbeing.

Retreats
Sail, Freedive & Flow
Curated liveaboard experiences on the water, hosted aboard a sailboat. These retreats combine a love for nature and the ocean with yoga, meditation and freediving, offering a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself while exploring a beautiful corner of the world.
When we turn towards our inner experience, we have the opportunity to feel into what’s alive for us on a deeper level. Through embodied and mindful practices, we can quieten the noise, get to know ourselves better and reframe some of the narratives that no longer serve us - so that we can act from a more authentic and aligned place in our lives.
I am thrilled to hold space for others on their journey, both on the mat and off, inviting them to tap into their own inner knowing and live with greater intention, creating whatever they feel called to.

Hi, I’m Alex…
After leaving the corporate life to pursue my dream of sailing the world, I became curious about what makes up a fulfilling life and what it means to truly be “well”.
I embarked on my own journey of inner exploration, diving into the holistic world of yoga and meditation, while also fuelling my passion for outer exploration; sailing, living in sync with nature, seeking out moments of awe, and continuously finding my edge.
Alongside teaching yoga, I decided to retrain as a life & wellness coach, sharing my passion for choosing a life of flow, growth and self-exploration.
I now specialise in guiding others as they navigate their own journey towards a deeper sense of fulfilment, acting as a support and accountability partner as we uncover what the most authentic path looks like for them.
